Breast veins

Breast veins are usually blue veins that can be seen just under the skin. They occur more often in people with translucent skin and are much more common following a breast augmentation procedure. Some women are self-conscious about their appearance. They find their breast veins disappointing after they have spent time and money using surgery to achieve the breast size and shape they like.

We can treat breast veins with Sclerotherapy. During Sclerotherapy a fine needle is inserted into the vein and a ‘sclerosant’ is injected. A sclerosant is a solution the causes irritation to the vein wall vein walls and the vein closes in on itself. If is then absorbed by the body and disappears.
